These Terms of Service govern your use of Bookable. For how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
1. Service provider
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Bookable ("the Service"), operated by SIA ClearTech, Raunas iela 45-k5, 254, Riga, Latvia ("Bookable", "we", "us"). Contact: info@bookable.live.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account, subscribing to a paid plan, or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3. Description of the Service
Bookable provides online appointment scheduling, reminders, calendar integrations, and related business tools for service providers. We may modify features with reasonable notice where practicable.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate business and billing information.
5. Plans, prices, and billing
Free and paid (Pro) plans are described in the app. At the time of these Terms, the Pro plan is €19 per month or €150 per year (billed annually), unless otherwise shown at checkout. Prices include applicable VAT where required by law.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing period (monthly or yearly) through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before renewal.
You authorise us and our payment provider to charge your payment method for recurring fees and any applicable taxes.
6. Free trial
New accounts may receive a time-limited free trial of Pro features as shown in the app. If you subscribe during an active trial, your first charge is scheduled for when that trial ends — we do not add a second trial period at checkout.
When the trial ends without a paid subscription, Pro features may be restricted as described in the app.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription (Stripe Customer Portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; you retain access until then.
We do not provide refunds for unused time in a billing period after renewal, except where required by mandatory law.
8. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)
If you are a consumer, you may have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital services that begin immediately after purchase, you may lose the withdrawal right once the service has started, if you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right — as permitted under applicable EU consumer law.

9. SMS credits and add-ons
One-off SMS credit packs are non-refundable once purchased and credited to your account, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
10. Communications
We send essential service and billing messages (security, subscription, product-critical notices) based on contract and legitimate interest. Non-essential product tips and updates may be sent to account holders; you may opt out of non-essential emails at any time via unsubscribe links or info@bookable.live.
11. Data protection
We process personal data under GDPR. You process your clients' data when using Bookable; you remain responsible for having a lawful basis to do so. See our Privacy Policy for details on processors (including Supabase and Stripe).
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bookable is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. Disputes are subject to the courts of Latvia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
